1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document governs the relationship between 918ki ("Platform", "we") and every individual who registers, logs in or uses any part of the 918ki website ("Member", "you"). By registering an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

918ki reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Members are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use 918ki services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be aged 21 and above on the date of registration.
• Not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that expressly prohibits online gambling.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Register only one (1) account — multiple accounts for the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process.

918ki reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to submit the required documents may result in account suspension or closure and retention of the accumulated balance until verification is complete.

3 Account, Password and Security

Each member is fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password combination that is not shared with anyone.
• Ensure that the device used to log in is secure and free from malicious software.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on public or shared devices.
• Notify 918ki immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

918ki bears no responsibility for any losses arising from a member's failure to keep their own login information secure. All transactions made through your account before a report of loss of control is submitted to us are considered valid.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the 918ki platform are subject to the following policies:

• The minimum deposit for all available payment methods is RM20.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM50.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour after all security checks and verification are complete.
• Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).
• All transactions are recorded in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) except for cryptocurrency transactions, which will be converted at the current market rate.

918ki reserves the right to freeze or hold any withdrawal request pending investigation if suspicious activity or potential fraud is detected. This includes situations where bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by 918ki are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The main conditions are as follows:

• 150% Welcome Bonus: A first bonus of 150% of your first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received.
• Calculation example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Account balance RM250 → Total amount to be wagered is RM150 × 15 = RM2,250.
• Another example: Deposit RM1,400 → Bonus RM1,000 → Account balance RM2,400 → Total amount to be wagered is RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.
• Only one bonus may be active at any one time in your account.
• 918ki reserves the right to withdraw, change or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or betting strategies designed to exploit promotion terms, will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

Other promotions such as weekly cashback, festive season offers and the VIP programme also carry their own wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.

6 VIP Programme and Membership Benefits

918ki offers a tiered VIP programme to reward loyal platform members. There are three main tiers:

• Bronze Member: Eligible to receive weekly cashback of up to 0.3% of net wagering amount.
• Silver Member: Eligible to receive weekly cashback of up to 0.5% of net wagering amount.
• Gold Member: Eligible to receive weekly cashback of up to 0.8% of net wagering amount.

Progression to a higher tier depends on a member's wagering activity and loyalty over time. 918ki reserves the right to review member VIP status and make adjustments at our discretion.

7 Member Conduct and Prohibited Activities

918ki members are expected to conduct themselves in a fair, ethical manner and in accordance with applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action against your account:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether using your own identity or that of another person.
• Using automation software, bots or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Committing any form of fraud, money laundering or illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Sharing login information or allowing another party to use your account.
• Publishing or sending content that is threatening, defamatory, incites hatred or violates the law.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or damage 918ki systems or infrastructure.

918ki reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member who breaches these terms without prior notice and with or without return of the account balance, depending on the severity of the breach.

8 Disputes, Responsible Gambling and Account Closure

918ki is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. If you have any concerns about your use of the platform, please contact our customer support team, which operates 24/7.

Any dispute relating to a transaction or game outcome must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the incident. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. The final decision on any dispute rests with 918ki management, subject to an appeals procedure that can be initiated through official support channels.

Members who wish to close their account may contact our support team via live chat or email. The closure process may take up to 3 working days. Any valid remaining balance will be processed back to your original payment method, subject to the required security checks.

9 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The 918ki platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 918ki is not responsible for:

• Loss or damage arising from service disruptions, technical errors or cyber attacks beyond our reasonable control.
• Disputed wagering outcomes resulting from network or device issues on the member's end.
• Loss of claimed profits or opportunities due to temporary platform unavailability.
• Third-party content or services that may be linked through our platform.

In circumstances where 918ki's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total liability is limited to the amount deposited by the member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between 918ki and its members are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 918ki is officially registered, in accordance with the applicable international licensing. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be referred to an arbitration body recognised by the relevant licensing authority.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
